MPP is developing a site of 550 acres on the south west coast of Mauritius, situated on the flanks and foothills of the iconic mountain, Le Morne Brabant.
The spectacular environment of the site combines stunning mountain and sea views, areas of remaining forest, savannah and sea access to the reef protected lagoon.
Hillside houses will be set within the context of a restored native forest with the house design based on sensitive architecture using traditional materials and crafted to blend with the setting.
