MPP is developing a site of over 400 acres within the beautiful and historic peninsula known as Les Salines.
The land rises from the beach to 70 metres above sea level and affords spectacular views of the lagoon, the Indian Ocean beyond, the mountain of Le Morne Brabant to the south and Tamarin mountain to the north. The panoramic backdrop to the site is formed by the Black River and Savanne mountain ranges.
A comprehensive development of the peninsula to the highest international standards will be undertaken to create an outstanding residential, golf and leisure estate. MPP's vision is driven by a landscape-led master plan and design strategy encompassing the regeneration of native coastal forest and the restoration of historic coastal fortifications and salt-pans.
