Tom Gosling
Joint Managing Director
After Oxford, Tom trained with a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors, subsequently setting up Michael Rogers in 1990. He remains a Partner of this investment and development led commercial consultancy and holds directorships in a number of private property companies. A founding Director of MPP he combines a property based career of some 20 years with a lifetime's personal experience of Mauritius. Tom divides his time between Mauritius and London.

Robert Pope
Group Finance Director
Robert qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Liverpool and thereafter worked for Price Waterhouse in London for 3 years. His subsequent career involved various financial management roles including Gulf Oil in the oil exploration and production sector, Financial Controller of the London Futures Exchange (LIFFE), and latterly as the Chief Financial Officer for 12 years with the Mercers' Company (the premier City livery company with commercial property under management of c. £600m property and public equity of c. £200m). Robert joined the group in January 2007.

Simon Beeching
sales and marketing Director
Simon read Modern Languages (French and German) at Oxford and then Business Administration at INSEAD in France during a 26-year career in International Tourism. The youngest director in the Thomson Holidays Group in the late 1980's, he subsequently became Managing Director of two upmarket travel companies, WEXAS International Travel Club and private villa specialist Simpson Travel. In 2003 Simon co-founded Travelwatch, an environmental consultancy advising the tourism sector on sustainability issues. He joined MPP in June 2007.

Angus Dodwell
Associate Director
Angus qualified in 2002 as a corporate solicitor at Ashurst Morris Crisp, London where he gained experience on a variety of corporate transactions for clients in a range of sectors, including property. Angus subsequently moved to Forsters, a boutique property law firm in London where he primarily advised property clients on structuring transactions through corporate vehicles and on other commercial matters. Angus has acted for property funds, traders and developers. Following a secondment from Forsters, Angus joined MPP in April 2007.

Ellie Long
PA to Joint managing Directors
Ellie graduated from UCL with a BSc in Human Sciences. After a year working and travelling in Australia and South America she started work at Nike in London as PA to Business Affairs Football Consultant. There she gained experience of organising travel and events and knowledge of marketing and licensing. A year managing a house renovation project in Croatia with her husband sparked Ellie's interest in property and on her return to the UK she joined MPP as PA to Managing Directors in February 2006.

Christopher Wilkins
Joint Managing Director
Christopher read Law at Oxford and qualified as a Solicitor with Frere Chomeley for whom he worked in London and Paris. After a period with Swiss Bank Corporation, dealing in property and related finance, Christopher was called to the Bar in 1993. Practising as a Barrister from leading commercial chambers in London he specialised in property and commercial work for 10 years before co-founding MPP in 2003. Chris divides his time between Mauritius and London.

Alan Baker
Director of Development
Alan Baker has over 25 years international experience, mostly with Gleeds, probably the UK's largest International Management & Construction Services practice, employing some 1000 people throughout the world. Establishing Gleeds Paris office in 1974 Alan went on to work in Europe, Africa and the Middle East becoming Managing Director of Gleeds Western Europe. Having advised MPP since 2003 Alan joined the Group in the summer of 2006 basing himself in Mauritius.

Marie Josée de Comarmond Llewellyn
Director - Sales
Marie-Josée joined the Pam Golding Group in South Africa in 1995 obtaining her C.E.A from the Estate Agency Board. After wide experience marketing residential and golf course estates in the Cape and advising major companies on executive relocation Marie-Josée returned home to Mauritius to set up a Pam Golding franchise which became the island's first international estate agency. Having advised MPP since 2003 Marie-Josée joined the Group in the Autumn of 2006 as a Director of MPP's sales subsidiary.

Steeve Lebrasse
Communications Director
Steeve’s background in Sales and Marketing has involved various accounts, management and market facing roles. He spent five years at Cercle de Rose-Hill club managing a wide range of responsibilities and sporting activities, followed by five years at Leal & Co providing services in the tourism sector. Steeve is currently on the Board of Directors for Development Bank of Mauritius Ltd. Steeve has always taken a keen interest in the personnel and local community issues surrounding business and will join MPP as Communications Director from May 2007.
